2. WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION ?
A:Yes,we will sent you a confirmation by email once we have received the order.
Usually will take 3-5 days that we will organize delivery to you after your have received the confirmation
3. HOW CAN I CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED ?
A: if you have not received the any confirmation in 24 hr, please contact our customer service ASAP

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK ?

A: depends on your post code . we currently charge 15 per order including 30km from Melbourne CBD

We normally deliver 30km for Melbourne CBD.
18. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

20. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
A:Yes you can. Please click pick up when you place the order. If you want pick up after you have received delivery confirmation , you will need contact us ASAP
21. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME?
A:We will make a call before we arrive, we can leave the products at a place that we have discussed with you, or we will organize another delivery with extra delivery cost
22. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT(S) ARE MISSING IN MY DELIVERY?
